description
This cheese is made with Labneh that has been pressed to extract humidity so that it can be shaped into balls, which are placed into jars filled with vegetable oil. Traditionally, in the Middle-East, labneh was shaped into balls then placed in the sun to dry. Labneh balls have a sharper yoghurt taste than regular labneh.
